To order arrangements for larger events, please utilize our Contact page and a member of our team will reach out to discuss your vision.

For gifting floral arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance. For special events or large-scale orders, booking at least 2 weeks ahead ensures we can source the freshest blooms and perfect your vision.

• We currently ONLY deliver within 15 miles of Downtown LA. We offer next day delivery. Not sure if we deliver to your area? Contact us at sooratifloral@gmail.com
• Delivery window is between 8:00am-6:00pm. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.
• Please submit all delivery instructions including gate codes and apartment numbers. If there is no answer at the door after 5 minutes, we will leave the arrangement behind the door. If the proper gate codes or apartment numbers aren’t in the delivery instructions, we will leave them at the gate or apartment front doors/lobbies.

To keep your flowers fresh:

• Change the water every two days.
• You can either tip over the arrangement in a sink and add new water, making sure the vase is filled at least 75% OR flush out the old water by placing the vase under a faucet and putting in new water to flush out the old water. Please make sure water does not get on the flowers as this could damage them.
• For vaseless arrangements or arrangements in a floral foam, please note these will not last as long as flowers in water and do not require additional water.
• Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Remove any wilting petals or leaves.
